I am finding that I am really in the mood for some "lighter" reading material. I tried picking up Ender's Game (for about the third time) but was not into it at all. So instead I picked up a middle-grade novel to start off my week. I finished two chapter books and two picture books and am about 3/4 finished with an adult novel.
Madam President is classic Lane Smith humor and puns and I enjoyed it very much. H.O.R.S.E: A Game of Basketball and Imagination would be a great book for boys and those who enjoy sports.

This Lane Smith book is a few years old. I love participating in IMWAYR - I'm happy to be back blogging. Getting back into a groove again. :)
DeleteI, too, loved Lions of Little Rock. Levine's first book, The Best Bad Luck I Ever Had is excellent as well.
