Watercolor for Cardmakers - days 7 & 8

These two days were about Faux Hand Painting on your cards which is a technique I really like! I do need to practice though or choose different stamps as some of the detail in the stamped image got muddled and lost.  I also need to think differently about which stamps I purchase and use to use this technique.  I used Distress Inks which I am finding I really enjoy using for watercolor techniques.  Here are the two cards I created:

I added Wink of Stella for some shimmer.  Overall, I am happy with these two cards - and these two were given to my mom and mother-in-law.  Perfect timing for Mother's Day!  Thank you for stopping by!
