CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #91















So I am attempting my first online card challenge! Yay! I've participated in a couple of Online Card Classes where we put up photos in the gallery to demonstrate practice of the technique or ideas taught for the day but this is the first challenge I have participated in (or contest even!).

So over at CAS-ual Fridays they put up a challenge every week for card making folks to participate in and give away stuff! How awesome is that?! So this week's challenge is titled: CFC 91 Hi Ho Silver - adding a touch of silver somewhere on a clean and simple card.  I came up with two, and submitted the one on the left.






I was inspired to make Anniversary cards - it was the first idea that popped into my head when I thought of using silver.  As I looked through my supplies I found this striped paper that had a touch of silver to it and used that as my inspiration for the rest of the card design.
